I think the 3rd act becomes conventional Hollywood blockbuster compared to first two acts which may be more arthouse, nuanced character study.

No, as far as I know it's divisive because the stakes in the 3rd act are less interesting, and someone told me that he was deeply bored during the 3rd hour.
